Executive Assistant to the Investment Team
Location: Baltimore, MD (On-site)

Salary: $90,000-$100,000 (will not exceed $100K)
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to the Investment Team to support a group of investment professionals at a small, fast-paced investment firm. This role is best suited for a strong administrative professional who thrives in a hands-on, collaborative environment and has prior experience in financial services.
Responsibilities
Investment Team Support
- Provide full calendar management using Outlook
- Schedule internal and external meetings with brokers, analysts, and company management
- Coordinate all travel arrangements (air, hotel, rail); prepare detailed itineraries
- Support multiple investment professionals with partner-level administrative needs
- Track follow-ups and maintain organized communication flow
Office & Team Support
- Order office supplies and manage general office needs
- Handle mail and deliveries
- Coordinate internal events, birthdays, and work anniversaries
- Help maintain a professional, organized office environment
Additional Support
- Provide cross-coverage for other administrative team members
- Assist with firm initiatives and event logistics
- Participate in evaluating or helping implement a CRM (not required)
Schedule & Work Environment
- Full-time, in-office position
- Flexibility required; not a strict 8:00-5:00 role
- Occasional early mornings, evenings, or extended hours may be needed
- No formal PTO policy
Qualifications
Required
- Strong Executive Assistant or senior administrative experience
- Prior experience in investment management, hedge funds, or financial services strongly preferred
- Advanced Outlook calendar management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Office
- Ability to support multiple fast-paced professionals
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Preferred
- Hedge fund or asset management background
- Experience supporting tech-savvy, fast-moving teams
- Interest in contributing beyond core administrative responsibilities
